THE UNPARDONABLE SIN
INTRODUCTION: There is a sin that can never, never, never, no, not ever be forgiven in this world or the world to come. There is a sin you dare not; you must not commit. It is an unpardonable sin. There is a sin if you commit it you will be just as lost, just as damned, just as predestined for Hell as sure as you are sitting in your seat right now.  There is a sin if you commit it; it would be as if the iron gates of Hell had just clanged shut behind you.  It is an unpardonable sin that will not be forgiven you in this life or in the life to come.  This important subject needs to be preached on more now than ever before.
I.  THE MEANING OF THE UNPARDONABLE SIN
(The Unpardonable Sin Is Not)
A.     IT IS NOT A MORAL SIN
murder, adultery, drunkenness, etc. ISAIAH 1:8, I JOHN 1:9
B.     IT IS NOT A VERBAL SIN   Some people think they can use God’s name or Jesus’ name in vain, but they can’t use the Holy Spirit they seem to think that they can trifle with God and Jesus but not the Holy Spirit. God is God, Jesus is God, The Holy Spirit is God.  To use one in vain is just as bad as the other! Exodus 20:7     Now when you commit the unpardonable sin words may be involved and generally words are but just as you can pray without moving your lips you can blaspheme God without moving your lips.
C.     IT IS NOT AN INTELLECTUAL SIN Psalm 14:1,53:1
D.    THE UNPARDONABLE SIN IS A SPIRITUAL SIN
Well, it is the rejection of Jesus, but it is more than the rejection of Jesus, because all of us rejected Jesus before we received the Lord Jesus. There was a time in everybody’s life that they did not believe in Jesus and later did.  Unbelief….is forgiven.     (So, What Is the Unpardonable Sin?????)
It is the willful rejection of Jesus Christ.  It is the stubborn rejection of Jesus Christ.  It is the determined rejection of Jesus Christ against Great Light. It is knowing who Jesus is, and having the Holy Spirit speak to you heart.  The Office work of the Holy Spirit is to make Jesus Christ real to you.  When the Holy Spirit makes Jesus Christ real to you then you are in a dangerous place The unpardonable sin is not committed primarily in the bar room or in the house of prostitution or in the discotheque,  but it is primarily committed in a church.
MATT. 12:22-30 Explain the Scripture - Who was Beelzebub?
II.     MARKS OF THE UNPARDONABLE SIN
(When A Person Commits the Unpardonable Sin)
Though it was one sin, but we might say it had three parts to this sin.
A.     THEY SINNED AGAINST REDEMPTION
B.     THEY SINNED AGAINST REASON  Matthew 12:25
C.     THEY SINNED AGAINST REVELATION Matthew 12:28
III. THE MANIFESTATIONS OF THE UNPARDONABLE SIN (The Results of The Unpardonable Sin)
A.     IT DEADENS THE SPIRITUAL SENSES ROM.11:8
B.     IT DELUDES THE SINNER II THES.2:10-12, MATT. 25:29
C.     IT DAMNS THE SOUL   JOHN 12:37 & 39   turn and read
Verse 38 “yet they believed not” John could hardly believe it. Verse 39 “Therefore they could not believe. “They would not and then they could not!!!
Poem:                      There is a time, we know not when,
A place, we know not where’
Which marks the destiny of men
To glory or despair.

There is a line, by us unseen,
Which crosses every path,
Which marks the boundary between
God’s mercy and His wrath.

To pass that limit is to die,
To die as if undetected or stealth
It does not dim the beaming eye,
Nor pale the grow of health.

The conscience may be still at ease,
The spirit light and gay.
And that which pleases still may please,
And care be thrust away.

But on that forehead God hath set
Indelibly a mark.
Unseen by man, for man as yet,
Is blind and in the dark.

He feels perchance that all is well
And every fear is calmed.
He lives, he dies, he walks in hell,
Not only doomed, but damned!

O, where is that mysterious line
That may by men be crossed,
Beyond which God himself hath sworn,
That he who goes is lost?

An answer from the skies repeats,
“You who from God depart.”
TODAY, O hear His voice,
TODAY repent and harden not your heart.
