THE SIXTH TRUMPET - BOMBARDMENT TRUMPET
Revelation 9:12-21
Introduction: We have seen the first five trumps,
The First Trumpet - The Burn Trumpet
The Second Trumpet - The Blood Trumpet
The Third Trumpet - Bitter Trumpet
The Fourth Trumpet - Blow Out Trumpet
The Fifth Trumpet - Bottomless Pit Trumpet
and now: The Sixth Trumpet - Bombardment Trumpet
These first four trumpet judgments all affect the creation and not primarily man but only secondarily. The fifth trumpet judgment releases a horde of demonic creatures who only purpose is to torment people for five months. But there is a difference made at this trumpet between the saved and the lost. These creatures only torment the worshipers of Satan not the children of God. This judgment is so great that it is referred to as one of three great woes that are coming on the earth: Revelation 9:12 When the sixth angel blows the trumpet four demonic angels are loosed in the area of the great river Euphrates. With the loosing of these demonic angels an army is gathered of 200,000,000. These shall kill one third of the population of the world. The Sixth Trumpet - Bombardment Trumpet

Conclusion: It all comes down to Acts 1:11, there were some angels that stood by the Lord Jesus, when He lifted off and He went into Heaven, and those angels said. Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
