“Battle of that great day of God Almighty”
Text: Revelation 19: 11-21,16:13-16,14:19-20
Introduction: No where in the Bible is it called The Battle of Armageddon. It is a called “battle of that great day of God Almighty” This is a Day of total Victory and it will be totally one sided. God wins with just one word He will win. WHAT AND WHERE WILL THE BATTLE TAKE PLACE? Rev. 16:13-16 In this passage we have a description of the satanic method that is to be used in massing the armies of the earth for this great battle. These "frogs" are the "spirits of devils," which go forth and cause the kings of the earth to gather their armies together (under the Anti-Christ) for this great battle. Psalm 20:7, Rev. 16:16. WHEN IS THIS GREAT CONFLICT TO BE? Zechariah 14:1-5, Daniel 11:40 The battle of Armageddon has not taken place and will not until the "great day of God almighty." Rev. 16:14. The size of the armies under the beast will be some 200 million of men. Revelation 9:16 Regardless of what action the beast and his forces take, our Lord comes and with "the sword of his mouth" the great enemy is slain, along with his followers. The Victor, without the loss of a single one of His ranks, will be the returning Christ!  WHO WILL NOT BE SLAIN?  We know all the followers of Satan's "christ" (The anti-christ) will be slain. The Lord will put all "enemies under His feet." Rev. 14:19- 20 Those who are now saved will have no worries about their own safety. Praise God, we will be in His army! The Lord Jesus Christ will be in the lead and will destroy all enemies ahead of us.  If you are not now a child of God, be safe and take Jesus as your personal Savior, before it is too late.

THE DOCTRINE OF ETERNAL SECURITY
We believe that all who trust Jesus Christ for salvation are eternally secure in Him and shall not perish. The security of the believer is a theological concept in Christianity. Here are some key points related to this topic:
Eternal security: The doctrine that people who believe in Jesus Christ cannot lose their salvation. Also known as "once saved, always saved" (OSAS). Assurance: Confidence in the provisions of salvation through faith in Christ. Grounded in God's power: Believers are kept secure by God's power, and nothing can snatch them out of His hand. Eternally secure: Those spiritually united to Christ are assured of heaven and cannot be separated from God's love John 3:16,3:36, 5:24. 6:47, Hebrews 10:39, I Peter 1:5, I John 5:11-13, Romans 4:6-8 (Imputed Righteousness)
I. HOW IS ONE SAVED?
1. Salvation Is Free (It Is the Gift of God).
You cannot earn it, buy it, steel it, or work for it!
2. Salvation Can Only Be Received by Grace Through Faith.
Ephesians 2:8-9 What Is Your Definition Of GRACE?
A.) The Grace Comes from God
B.) The Faith Is to Be Only in Jesus Christ. I John 4:18, Ephesians 1:13, Romans 6:23

II. WHO HAS ONES SALVATION? John 10:27-29, John 6:39-40
Our eternal security is a result of God keeping us, not us maintaining our own salvation. Psalm 37:23-24,35:9, Isaiah 12:2, Jude 24, Ephesians 4:30, John 3:15-16, Romans 8:37- 39 Our eternal security is purchased by Christ, promised by the Father, and sealed by the Holy Spirit.  If one link in the chain of salvation depends upon you, you’ll never make it. Hebrews 13:5 Salvation is not a goal to achieve, but a gift to receive!  (Ephesians 2:8-9) Salvation is not a performance but a person- Jesus Christ! Romans10:13 Our salvation is secure because God originated it, He effected it, and He will complete it.
These verses below reveal our past, present, and future. Romans 8:28-31

III. IF OUR SALVATION IS ETERNALLY SECURE, WHY DOES THE BIBLE WARN SO STRONGLY AGAINST APOSTASY?
Number One - Salvation is not a Religion it is a Relationship! The Bible teaches that everyone who is born again by the power of the Holy Spirit is saved forever. We receive the gift of eternal life: John 10:28 not temporary life. John 3:3 One cannot be “unborn.” After being adopted into God’s family: Romans 8:15-17. We will not be kicked out. When God starts a work, He finishes it: Philippians 1:6, Hebrews 7:25 However, the Bible also contains some strong warnings against apostasy. These warnings have led some to doubt the doctrine of eternal security. After all, if we cannot lose our salvation, why are we warned against falling away from the Lord? This is a good question. First, we must understand what is meant by “apostasy.” An apostate is someone who abandons his religious faith. It is clear from the Bible that apostates are people who made professions of faith in Jesus Christ but never genuinely received Him as Savior. They talk the talk and may for a time walk the walk so to speak!  However, they have never been in a relationship with God.  For Example: “Judas” Matthew 7:21-23 They were pretend believers. Those who turn away from Christ never really trusted Him
